Shipping Policy – No Returns

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping
We currently ship only within the Americas. If you are located outside of our service area, your order may be canceled and refunded.

No Returns / No Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order (such as damage or incorrect items), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
