Origin & Cooperative
Grown by the Cuzcachapa Cooperative—home to over 1,300 family farms—this coffee hails from the volcanic highlands of El Salvador (1,350–2,500 m altitude). Cultivated under shady canopy and wet-processed, it’s a shining example of high-altitude, SHG ("strictly hard bean") Arabica, primarily Red Bourbon
