CUZCACHAPA COFFEE
For best results, brew within 2–4 weeks of roast date.
- Drip / Pour-Over: 1:15 ratio, 200°F water, medium grind
- French Press: 1:12 ratio, 4-minute steep, coarse grind
- Cold Brew: 1:8 ratio, 12–18 hour steep in cold water, coarse grind
- Espresso: Fine grind, 9 bars pressure, 25–30 second pull
